Yes, this is the part of the bootcamp that will REALLY show you what it takes to make money in this business. By the way, I spend the entire week picking and previewing over 30 houses to narrow it down to the few that I think will be good learning experiences for you, and as of that week, all of the houses are available for sale and you are encouraged to make offers on them, however, this is not one of those “buying tours” where I’m just trying to sell my listings…this is an EDUCATIONAL event!
