The answers came pouring in…and I read every single one of them.  Analyzed them, picked them apart, read between the lines, and finally categorized them and ranked them from high to low.   I was a little surprised at some of the items, but others didn’t shock me at all…

Why Wasn’t I Shocked?

Because I remember having those same thoughts in the late 90’s when I was first getting started…in fact, (I don’t know if I should tell you this, but here goes…) it took me almost two and a half years before I did my first deal!  Yep!  Oh, I went to seminars, I never missed a meeting of either real estate club in my town, I had a collection of books and tapes that could single-handedly open a city library!  But I hadn’t done a deal yet…
