  • Foreclosure Feast      This can be a 3, 4, or 7 hour course.  Also, it can be geared toward either real estate agents or investors.  Please note:  The 3 hour course for agents has been approved by DBPR for 3 hours of continuing education credits.
  • Foreclosure Symposium for Real Estate Professionals       This is currently produced as an all-day intensive training held in the Central Florida area.  Covered are the details and specifics of the foreclosure process in Florida, including a review of the common legal documents, as well as the procedure for listing, offering, and negotiating on short sale and pre-foreclosure properties.  A small amount of time is also dedicated to repair costs as well as investment property guidelines.
  • What Every Seller and their Agent Needs to Know About Seller Financing Options    (currently being finalized)  This course will allow agents to better understand the options available in today’s market to move houses using the power of owner financing, seconds, wraparounds, lease options, and more.  An absolute must in today’s market!
  • The Money Buffet     This is a 90-minute training about everything you need to know about the money end of real estate: funding investments, increasing net cash flow on rentals, selling creatively with owner financing, 1031 exchanges, wealth building, and much more.
  • DoYourFirstDeal       This is a 90 minute presentation on helping new investors get over their obstacles and finally “Do Their First Deal.”  Andy surveyed new investors and asked them what was holding them back, then she took their answers and developed a training around them!
  • Mortgages for Real Estate Professionals     Presented as a 2, 3, or 4 hour training, Andy’s background in the mortgage business really gets to shine as she pulls back the curtain on the mortgage side of the transaction and shares with you insider secrets that your lender won’t tell you.  This includes the different types of loans, their guidelines and challenges, Good Faith Estimates, reviewing the HUD for mistakes, and much more.
